Cocktail Delivery and More...

The Baxter Inn

From the 10th February until the 24th, my cocktail “Ali’s Mark” will be on a menu in addition to our current curated cocktail list. One of the main features of The Baxter Inn style of service is napkins placed down as soon as an order is taken, and so I have had white cocktail napkins printed which feature the hashtag #Alismark, to be placed when the cocktail is served.

During the period of the 10th to the 24th, I also will be undertaking a “cocktail delivery service”. Essentially, I will be dropping of a sample of the cocktail (minus perishable ingredients) with instructions on how to make the drink, to bars in the area.

Cocktails and Polaroids

Blue Kahunas

Guests who purchase a serving of ‘Brief Glimpse’ will be given a card with information about the cocktail and a polaroid photograph of themselves with the drink to commemorate that place in time as the "toast" is to the present.

Family Night Out!

Breakout Bar

In keeping with the theme of the cocktail as a toast to one’s parents, Orion is hosting a Family Night Out! Every group that books an Escape or Karaoke room at Breakout Bar on the 20th of Feb and brings along their parents will receive a complimentary serve of ‘Cat’s in the Cradle’.

In keeping with our Mediterranean vibe, Corretto will be transforming their terrace into a small garden of tranquillity, where one can feel like they woke up on the Santorini Coast, or they are enjoying a summer afternoon at one of many Botanical Gardens in Japan.

Cocktail Pairing Degustation

No. 92 GPR

The drink will be listed on the menu at 92 GPR, as well as at Maybe Frank in Surry Hills.

Jai will be hosting a sit down dinner and cocktail pairing with head chef at No. 92 GPR, John Lyons. The day of this activation will be the Thursday 20th of February at 7:00pm. It will be a four course degustation pairing a mini cocktail with each dish.

Howlin' Wolf Takeover

Births and Deaths

From the 10th to the 24th of February, Conor Teevan’s Hogmanay and Jared Huk’s Big Bad Wolf cocktails will be available for purchase at five venues in Wollongong - Births & Deaths, Dagwood, Howlin’ Wolf, The Little Prince, and Black Cockatoo.

For World Bartenders Day, they will be doing a Births & Deaths takeover at Howlin’ Wolf. They will be slinging their cocktails along with specials on Jim Beam and Laphroaig products.

Jared’s cocktail will also be featured at Doorknock in Sydney for the week.
