To promote my Blend cocktail we are doing a 'Zero Waste' menu at work. The menu will feature mine and Jack's Blend Cocktails as well as two additional drinks that aim to reduce waste in the bar and get the most out of oranges and other fruits used for garnishes. I've attached a copy of this menu.

On Sunday the 24th of February, Hawthorn Lounge will be hosting a farewell party for all the Wellington Beam finalists. All three of the Wellington finalist’s cocktails will be featured on a standalone menu as well as a selection of drink offers from the Beam Suntory portfolio. The event will give the Wellington community a chance to celebrate with the finalist’s before they head up to Auckland to compete.

My cocktail for The Perfect Blend competition is the Cherry Cooper and will be available from the 10th February until the end of the month.

As well as having my cocktail on the menu in the bar I have spoken to another bar (Cuckoo Cocktail Emporium) and they will be hosting my cocktail from the 10th - 24th February.

I am also going to be promoting my cocktail and the competition in the run up to it being served in the bars with paid Instagram adverts. Lastly on the Sunday before we fly up to Auckland for the finals, Hawthorn are hosting a Perfect Blend Farwell party, which will also be including my cocktail.

At the end of the two weeks one post will randomly be selected and win a $200 bar tab at 1885. The cocktail will also be available at various bars around the Britomart area, as well as at 1885.

ROKU Promotion

For the 2 weeks between the 10th and 24th of Feb we will have a ROKU Gin promotion but with a focus upon the entered cocktail.

I will have a selection of 3 ROKU Gin cocktails and a Gin & Tonic promoted on our main cocktail board and each tables 'talker'.

The cocktails will be the Kishi Kaisei and 2 changing cocktails that showcase different aspects of the gin.

The fortnight will be started with my posting of a video that shows the making of the Kishi Kaisei cocktail.
This will be posted to The Bramble's Facebook page and TheCocktailCo Instagram page.
