A Toast To... My operations team, every time a new drink is presented, the excitement is always based around the garnish, the colour, a favourite ingredient observed. When a drink is clear with no obvious flavours being presented, everyone seems to take it more seriously, the feedback and the honesty that I receive when serving them is the reason that I had to present something that they were just as proud to help create as I am to present it in The Perfect Blend.
