THE STORY BEHIND THE COCKTAIL NAME

This cocktail is a toast to all the Vodka loyalists out there. Vodka drinkers have been paying my bills since I started bartending and as other spirits have come in vogue I've created less and less cocktails for them. However, their unwavering loyalty has inspired and given me an opportunity to test out some of my more experimental ideas, my most creative drinks are now vodka drinks as it gives me an opportunity to test at volume more difficult to prep ingredients. This drink is a toast to them, to their brutal honesty when I fail and their loyalty to come back and try the latest vodka drink on the menu.
