INGREDIENTS

45ml Laphroaig 10-year-Old

10ml Galliano L’Autentico

25ml ‘Burnt toast’ syrup

100ml Soda water

5ml Raspberry vinegar

One scoop Salted butter semifreddo

METHOD

Combine Laphroaig 10-year-old, Galliano L'Autentico, burnt toast syrup, and raspberry vinegar in a shaker, quick shake, strain into highball and top with soda and semifreddo.

Burnt Toast is a celebration of the struggles that life presents that changes us and pushes us to evolve and grow as a person as well as a community. Struggle and hardship are a part of life, we are sometimes 'burnt' by others, or an experience, or we 'burn out' ourselves. However, they carve and shape us. This drink is a toast to finding the perseverance and strength to carry on.
