15ml Manchino secco washed with white chocolate

30ml Macadamia and turmeric milk

12.5ml Two apple syrup

Mist Courvoisier XO Cognac smoked cognac with applewood

THE STORY BEHIND THE COCKTAIL NAME

Guilded Parapples is inspired by the myths, legends and incredible stories that flow through the history of Alcohol and society and how they still influence our imaginations today. Tapping the bar to appease a cousin of the leprechaun, the whole Nelsons blood debacle that probably didn’t actually happen, Cleopatra dissolving a pearl in a glass of wine to win a bet. There are hundreds of amazing tales and they add all add a little spice and intrigue to the tapestry and culture of spirits even though some are fabrications, and some are actual fairy tales. But as Mark Twain said, "Never let the truth get in the way of a good story" and as a bartender I couldn't agree more.
