THE STORY BEHIND THE COCKTAIL NAME
A toast to the little things. Among all the milestones, the big events and the general chaos of life, we often forget to appreciate the simple pleasures. This cocktail is inspired by things I enjoy regularly: gardening, a cup of tea, seasonal fruits and good cooking, and the moments they create that bring joy: the smell of jasmine flowers when they bloom, catching up with friends over a brew, the first Summer fruits of the season and cooking a meal with a loved one.

Daniella will be utilising the backroom bar at the Gresham for a Valentine’s Day pop up to showcase her cocktail, the 'Gratitude' cocktail ,and its message, to celebrate the little things.
As well as through the Gresham's social media channels, Daniella will be promoting the cocktail through an Instagram account (@gratitudecocktail) where she will share things such as inspiration behind the drinks and how to videos.
